I've had a various amount of anti-spyware software and this is probably the best. It catches even the weakest spyware that just happen to take up space but most of the time do nothing at all.

Best Spyware removal
Compatible with other PC Tools software

Worst:

specific to Spyware
Weakened protection in starter version
